Stephen Uthoff is the founder of The Uthoff Law Corporation. For nearly 30 years Mr. Uthoff has represented clients domestically and abroad involved in the transportation of cargo including steamship lines, stevedores & marine terminal operators, NVOCC’s, ocean transportation intermediaries, air and surface freight forwarders, property brokers, draymen, motor carriers, warehouse operators, and customs brokers. He has been recognized as a Certified Admiralty and Maritime Law Specialist by the State Bar of California; as a Proctor in Admiralty by the Maritime Law Association and is A.V. rated by Martindale Hubbell.
In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Uthoff is also an accomplished mediator with hundreds of cases successfully mediated. He also serves as a volunteer Attorney Settlement Officer for the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
